El Laberinto
The Horror Experience
An immersive theatrical horror experience in the heart of Santa Marta’s Centro Histórico. Not a haunted house — a story. And it has been waiting decades to tell itself.
What to Expect
The Labyrinth isn’t a fairground attraction. It’s a piece of theatre staged inside a real building, with a real history, run by staff who take the work very seriously.
The Space
The restricted rooms of the building remain as they were — corridors, cells, the treatment room, the operating theatre, and zones whose purpose the staff prefer not to spell out. The darkness is functional, not decorative.
The Characters
The sanatorium staff are back. The nurses. The night-shift Doctor. The patients who never found the way out. And Thirteen — out in the patio, if you’re lucky, singing. If you’re unlucky, also.
The Duration
About 25 minutes across 11 rooms. The experience is story-driven and linear, even when the path doesn’t feel that way. Adult-oriented. Recommended for ages 12+. Accompanied minors until 10:00pm; after that, 18+ only.
The Intensity
Psychological horror, atmosphere and moderate physical contact. Not a jump-scare arcade. The fear comes from understanding where you are and what happened here. The Doctor can prescribe a sedative if needed.
⚠ OFFICIAL MEDICAL NOTICE
This experience contains total darkness, intense sound effects, confined spaces, psychologically disturbing scenes and moderate physical contact from actors (a touch on the shoulder, a hand on the arm to guide). Not recommended for people with heart conditions, severe claustrophobia, photosensitive epilepsy, or for pregnant guests. Minors welcome accompanied by an adult until 10:00pm; after that, 18+ only. Intense experience — recommended for ages 12+. Once you’re inside, there’s no early exit without a staff escort.

The Patient’s Code
The sanatorium staff do not negotiate. These rules exist for your safety and the safety of others. Failure to follow them results in expulsion without refund.
No photos or recording inside the experience. Flashes break immersion and bother the staff. “Exit” photos in the patio are allowed.
Do not touch the sanatorium staff unless they initiate contact. Moderate physical contact from the actors is part of the experience.
No entry under the influence of alcohol or other substances. The Doctor on shift has full authority to refuse entry without a refund.
Do not separate from the group without permission from the guide. Patients who get lost will be retrieved. It is not pleasant.
The safe word is “ALTA MÉDICA” (Medical Discharge). Say it out loud and a staff member will walk you straight to the exit.
Minors welcome accompanied by an adult until 10:00pm; after that, 18+ only. Intense experience — recommended for ages 12+. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.
What happens in the restricted ward stays in the restricted ward. The staff appreciate your discretion regarding the plot.
Don’t ask about Thirteen. She’ll find you if she wants. That’s the guarantee.
